OBERLIN – Dozens gathered at Mercy Health Allen Hospital for the ribbon cutting at the new Chuang Medical Center on Tuesday. The state-of-the-art facility named in honor of Dr. Wuu-Shung Chuang – a driving force in the development of Mercy Health and healthcare in Lorain County. He was joined by his wife, Dr. Amy Chuang and their family members for the dedication. The facility includes an electronic self check-in.
