CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN WINGS Ingredients 3 pounds chicken wings or drummies 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoon baking powder 1 bottle of your favorite wing sauce.
DirectionsPreheat your oven to 450 degrees. Rinse the chicken wings and trim off any excess skin. Do not remove the skin or you will lose the crispiness. Pat chicken dry. In a large bowl, whisk the flour and other dry ingredients together. Add chicken and coat with the mix. Cover a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange chicken on the cookie sheet, at least an inch apart. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning once after about 20 minutes. Transfer baked chicken wings into a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the crispy baked chicken wings and toss to coat. Delicious. I’m still hoping that others of you might be willing to share some recipes with me and our listeners. If you would, just post a recipe here, or send one to me at firstname.lastname@example.org, Thank you. Enjoy, Big John
Spinach Basil Pesto(adapted from a recipe from allrecipes(t) )

Directions:Blend the spinach, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest if desired, along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a food processor until nearly smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula as necessary.
