Also, what comes out of this is people hearing about someone they know, hearing about a contribution they made and knowing it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Giving publicity to those making a difference and accomplishing meaningful things will be crucial moving forward and can’t wait for our listeners to experience it. Max Drummond is a graduate of Tallmadge High School in Summit County, with lots of family ties to Lorain County. Max received his bachelor's degree in communications as well as completed graduate courses with Heidelberg for an MBA. He completed an internship with WOBL WDLW Studios the summer of 2022, before beginning a position with the station in August 2023. His favorite things to do outside of the workplace are spending time with family, watching a lot of sports, and enjoying leisure activities like golfing or taking the dog for a walk. Max is looking to keep it simple, genuine and to the point for listeners while giving them a local spin on as much of their news as possible. He will be a part of news, sports coverage, as well as on the road for events with the station.
